    E-commerce is a prominent theme at the WTO Public Forum 2016, with over 20 sessions focused on e-commerce and digital economy. ITC Trade Policy Advisor Quan Zhao is invited to speak at two panels: a session on e-commerce in Argentina, organized by the Permanent Mission of Argentina to the WTO, and a session on e-commerce in Asia, organized by the World Trade Centre Mumbai and All India Association of Industries (AIAI). The sessions explored the dynamics of e-commerce growth and opportunities for SMEs to benefit from cross-border e-commerce.
